Pre-sleep meditation.
I've taken to turning every light off, despite that I'm afraid of the dark.
& Laying in the dark, listening to Rufus Wainwright.
I think, and basically clear out my head of everything.
I'm not going to lie, it's a pretty beautiful feeling.
I feel like I'm not ready to move on, but I am.
It's 4 am and time for my meditation period.
Goodnight.
